Edible Cookie Dough

Guys, this. is. amazing 😬👩‍🍳😋 So, some of my favorite memories of skating on the Cape include a group of us snacking on raw cookie dough in the back of the Moonsie’s Skate Shop almost every day before the 2:30 session. (We used to bake cookies in the machine that was meant to heat up leather skates? Bless 😂) Unfortunately, eating raw eggs is kind of scary and can make you sick, but this cookie dough recipe is 100% edible and can be made without eggs, gluten and nuts. You can eat it directly from the bowl, or you can put it in tupperware to store for a snack whenever you want it. It can also double as frosting 😬 But, pause: Don’t try to make cookies from it in an air fryer; I tried that today, and it didn’t so much work 😂


1 stick of softened butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup gluten free flour
chocolate chips
3 teaspoons milk of choice
Put all ingredients into a large bowl, mix and enjoy!
